Absolutely brilliant experience, Hugh and the team diagnosed my dell Alienware laptop that had a failed screen backlight and needed some work done to the motherboard due to a short circuit. They diagnosed the laptop the day after they received it and it was fixed within 24 hours after I gave them the go ahead. Returned to be the next day. I am over the moon. Extremely competitive prices too. They kept me informed about every step too. Really really pleased. Would use them again if I ever had an issue with the laptop or other computer equipment. The standard of work is extremely high as you would never know the laptop was taken apart 👍 ~ Mark H
An insurance claim to replace the screen on a Pixel 5. The chaps in the store pre-ordered the parts, and let me know when I could bring the mobile in for repair. I dropped the phone in, and two hours later the phone was again in perfect working order as promised. I got a repair for my laptops power button a few months ago. They are very fast and professional. Furthermore, they also cleaned my laptop free or charge as well as giving me practical advice of how to maintain it. If you need any phone or laptop repairs. Really good - I got my huawei laptop fixed here after water damage, there was very good customer service, and he offered me a very good price for repairs/cleaning/diagnostics, with photos given as evidence. I have a fixed laptop now, which is also much more eco friendly than haing to buy a new computer. Strongly recommend ~ Joseph W
