Absolutely brilliant experience, Hugh and the team diagnosed my dell Alienware laptop that had a failed screen backlight and needed some work done to the motherboard due to a short circuit. They diagnosed the laptop the day after they received it and it was fixed within 24 hours after I gave them the go ahead. Returned to be the next day. I am over the moon. Extremely competitive prices too. They kept me informed about every step too. Really really pleased. Would use them again if I ever had an issue with the laptop or other computer equipment. The standard of work is extremely high as you would never know the laptop was taken apart 👍 ~ Mark H
Couldn't recommend this place enough. I had spilled a drink in my bag, and some of the fluid got in the charging port of my laptop. It must've shorted out the connector, and as a result my laptop was acting funny and the charging port just didn't work entirely. I took it to this place within an hour of it happening, and within a day they had it fixed. My laptop is an ultra book, and not an easy one to fix, but these guys did it nonetheless, and the price was far lower than what I thought it'd be. No issues at all, five stars. ~ DIE9
An insurance claim to replace the screen on a Pixel 5. The chaps in the store pre-ordered the parts, and let me know when I could bring the mobile in for repair. I dropped the phone in, and two hours later the phone was again in perfect working order as promised. The guys were nice to chat to, informative, friendly and helpful and the service was second to none. I'd thoroughly recommend the Park Street, Bristol branch. Adrian ~ Adrian S
Really good - I got my huawei laptop fixed here after water damage, there was very good customer service, and he offered me a very good price for repairs/cleaning/diagnostics, with photos given as evidence. I have a fixed laptop now, which is also much more eco friendly than haing to buy a new computer. Strongly recommend ~ Joseph W
I got a repair for my laptops power button a few months ago. They are very fast and professional. Furthermore, they also cleaned my laptop free or charge as well as giving me practical advice of how to maintain it. If you need any phone or laptop repairs. Great service. Nice and thorough staff. It is suggested by UOB tech team as well. Will bring my laptop here again if I have any problem with it. A bit pricey for students (cleaning+thermal paste changing+LCD plex for 150£) but still, a reliable business. ~ Lias D
Got my laptop screen fixed here and the customer service and speed were great. Fixed the next day. Only minor issue is that the new screen is a little off compared to the old one. Update: laptop was quickly fixed with the right screen at no extra charge. Updated star review to reflect this. ~ Alexandra H
